有机-无机杂化卤化物钙钛矿太阳能电池(perovskite solar cells, PSCs)由于其成本低廉、制备工艺简单、光电转换率高等优点引起了越来越多的关注,在下一代半导体光伏技术中显示出巨大的发展潜力。然而PSCs器件在商业化生产应用之前,必须解决某些关键问题,例如器件在湿度、光照和过热条件下缺乏稳定性,性能会急剧衰退。层状二维(two-dimensional, 2D)钙钛矿由于其优异的环境稳定性而受到研究人员的广泛关注。通过引入不同种类的疏水性大体积有机铵阳离子可以在钙钛矿体内形成稳定的2D结构。然而,由于绝缘有机间隔阳离子的存在,使其电荷输运能力受阻并影响光电转换性能。本文根据不同种类2D钙钛矿光伏器件的发展进程,总结了影响2D钙钛矿结构和性能的关键问题,如晶体垂直取向设计、量子阱调控和有机层间隔阳离子替换工程等。最后对2D PSCs的未来发展进行展望。  相似文献

应用零价铁(ZVI)去除水中(类)金属(含氧)离子是近年来研究的热点。在ZVI除污染过程中,同步提升ZVI除污的反应活性与电子效率对该技术进一步推广应用至关重要。本文综述了近十年(2011-2021年)ZVI的提升技术,主要涉及硫化、外加弱磁场、投加Fe2+、投加氧化剂以及其他新型技术。从不同体系广谱研究以及单一体系具体研究的角度,系统分析了这些技术对ZVI去除含氧水体中(类)金属(含氧)离子的反应活性、去除容量、电子效率的提升表现及作用机制。最后,对ZVI技术未来的研究方向作出了展望,以期促进ZVI技术的进一步完善与发展。本文有望为增强零价铁去除污染物的实际效能提供新的探索方向并完备相关理论基础。  相似文献

Selective oxidation of methane to methanol under mild conditions has been considered as a dream reaction but suffers from poor efficiency due to the strong C-H bond of methane and easy overoxidation of the methanol product. For overcoming these problems, a series of strategies has been developed for improving methanol productivity with oxidants of hydrogen peroxide and even a mixture of oxygen and hydrogen at mild temperatures. Significant achievements in these strategies using effective catalysts, such as supported metal nanoparticles, colloidal metal nanoparticles, and metal@zeolites are briefly concluded. Moreover, the current challenges, future perspectives for preparing active, selective, and stable catalysts, have been discussed. The zeolite fixed metal nanoparticle structure has been found to boost the reaction by benefiting the formation and enrichment of peroxide intermediates, which might guide the development of more efficient catalysts.  相似文献

Herein, we investigated the analytical features of potentiometric immunosensors for detection of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in hepatocellular carcinoma at different electrodes, such as carbon fiber microelectrode (CFME) and carbon-disk electrode (CDE), respectively. To construct such an immunosensor, anti-AFP capture antibodies were first conjugated covalently onto the activated electrodes through typical carbodiimide coupling. Thereafter, one-step immunoreaction protocol was successfully introduced to develop a new potentiometric immunoassay upon addition of AFP. Accompanying the antigen-antibody reaction, the surface charges of the modified electrodes were changed for the readout of electric potential. Results indicated that the linear range of CDE-based immunosensor was 0.1–100 ng mL−1 AFP, whereas the assay sensitivity by using CFME could be further increased to 3.2 pg mL−1 with the linear range from 0.01 to 500 ng mL−1 AFP. Meanwhile, CFME-based immunosensor showed high sensitivity, good reproducibility and specificity, and could be utilized for the analysis of human serum specimens with consistent results relative to commercialized ELISA kit.  相似文献

The flexible stretchable sensors have great potential for implementation in various applications, such as intelligent soft robots, health monitoring, and motion detection. However, most of the flexible stretchable sensors with microstructures and high sensitivities are fabricated by expensive templates and complex processes. In consideration of large-scale fabrication, a low cost and efficient way is in great demand. Herein, electroless plating on Nafion films with decent swelling ratios are proposed to fabricate stretchable sensors with wrinkle-structured electrodes. By adding isopropanol (IPA) to the electroless plating process, the H2O-IPA sensor with larger swelling ratio shows deeper surface wrinkles, higher surface roughness, and better sensitivity to strain. At the same time, the H2O-IPA sensor exhibit good durability (500 cycles). By mounting the sensor on the joint of human finger, the motion of the finger bending and even the bending degree can be accurately detected, indicating the potential use in the field of wearable devices and soft electronic skins.  相似文献

为了实现充分且高效的消解目的,以石墨消解为样品前处理方法,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定出指甲样本中铬、锰、钴、镍、锌、砷、硒、钼、镉、锡、锑、铊、铅、汞等14种元素的浓度。将人体指甲样本以浓硝酸和双氧水为消解液经过石墨炉于110 ℃高温充分消解后稀释50倍,在相应的标准系列下,根据不同元素的原子质量选择相近的内标元素,计算相应元素的浓度,对此方法进行标准曲线线性、精密度、加标回收实验、质控物质的参照等方法学特性评估。人体指甲样本中14种元素的标准曲线线性良好(R2=0.999),总变异系数在0.58%~6.7%的范围内,加标回收率在80.8%~113%。使用此法检测与指甲构成成分相似的头发有证质控样品,检测结果全部在证书标准值范围内。采用的方法样本消解充分,安全性高,标准曲线相关性良好,线性范围广,检测金属元素多元,具有良好的精密度和准确度等优点。  相似文献

An electro-oxidative cyclization pathway in which hydrazones are selected as starting materials to generate amphiphiles by reacting with benzylamines and benzamides was reported. This strategy successfully prepared a series of 1,2,4-triazoles in satisfactory yields. Moreover, the use of cheap stainless steel as the anode, the feasibility to conduct the transformation as a one-pot reaction and the proof that scaling-up these reactions is possible make this transformation attractive for potential application in industry.  相似文献

Cancer is a global issue and a serious threat to human health, one approach to treatment is starvation therapy. Recently, three-dimensional (3D) bioprinted tumor tissue models have been developed; however, whether 3D bioprinted models are good for in vitro study of starvation therapy is unclear. In this study, we studied the state of cells with serum-free medium in both 3D bioprinted scaffold and 2D cell cultures and found that 3D bioprinted cancer cells (3D cells) were more tolerant to serum starvation than 2D cells in terms of cell viability, cell proliferation, and M2 macrophage polarization. Moreover, the ratio of LC3II/I, an index of autophagy, increased much more in 3D cells, and 3D cells showed more autophagosomes than 2D cells after serum starvation, which indicated that the autophagy levels were higher in 3D cells. These results suggested that 3D cells are more tolerant to serum starvation than 2D cells, and autophagy may play an important role in this process.  相似文献

通过环境友好的葡萄糖模板法和改进的湿化学还原法制备了聚二甲基硅氧烷/铜纳米线(PDMS/CuNWs)复合薄膜, 其采用的“类夹心结构”有效解决了铜在空气中易氧化进而导致电导率大幅度下降的问题, 同时获得了具有优异电磁屏蔽和光热转化性能的双功能轻质柔性复合薄膜. CuNWs面密度为1.6 g/cm2的复合薄膜在重复弯折1000次后性能保持率最高可达99.07%; CuNWs面密度为2.4 g/cm2的复合薄膜在X波段下总电磁屏蔽效能达到30.1 dB, 屏蔽效率达到99.9%; 同时, 在2 W/cm2的近红外光照射下, 复合薄膜在仅加热15 s后其表面温度高达211.2 ℃, 具有十分快速的光热响应和转化效率.  相似文献
